Upon completion of the initial consult, you will be guided to execute a NDNCA and then participate in a discovery session. Based on the project’s scope, an estimate will be provided for the discovery session and due diligence review. The process requires submission of relevant materials, due diligence documents, proformas and business plans at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled discovery session. Mpower assists many of our clients on either a transactional or retainer basis dependent upon the company’s needs, stage of project development and funding required. Our engagement agreements are flexible and based on capex requirements, quarterly goals and annual objectives. The Engagement Agreements are presented for consideration following the discovery sessions, and after having reached a mutual agreement between the Mpower Team and Project Principals. Working in the building industry for more than 40 years, I have been involved in numerous development projects.
